To respect our time, other clients, and the smooth operation of our salon, we have introduced a tiered cancellation and change policy that applies when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
● First Short-Notice Cancellation/Change (within a 6-month period):
A $50 fee will apply.
● Second Short-Notice Cancellation/Change (within the same 6-month
period or directly following the first):
A $100 fee will apply.
● Third Short-Notice Cancellation/Change (within the same 6-month
period or directly following the second):
You will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
All future bookings will require a $100 deposit, which will go toward your service but is non-refundable if the appointment is changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, no fee will apply and the change will not count toward your tier progression.
● Long Appointments (3+ hours):
A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your total service cost, but forfeited if less than 48 hours’ notice is given for any changes or
cancellations.
● Running Late:
Please call us if you’re running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, especially during peak hours, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for others.
